Who are we?

Access HR (formerly known as Access Personnel Services) has evolved into a solutions-based human resource company, providing services to the recruitment and human resource management sectors.

Anna Lane has been with the former company since 1986 as a recruitment/HR consultant, becoming a director and partner in 1992 and sole director in July 2005. She has had a successful career providing executive/generalist recruitment and human resource management solutions to a variety of blue chip corporate clients, SME's and professional services organisations.

As part of the Access HR evolution there will be a clear focus on expanding the recruitment division in the permanent, contract and temporary areas - specialising in the executive and business services sectors.

The Human Resource Management division is a growing service that will incorporate HR consulting services to a wide variety of industry sectors in strategic management, workforce planning, performance management, health and safety, and leadership strategies. Our consultants can work either on-site in businesses as part of their HR function, or on a project-consulting basis.

Access HR has expanded the team and is well placed to move to the next tier of growth and development and will continue to provide a high level of customer service measured by successful outcomes, valued relationships and sustainability of business.

Anna Lane - Managing Director/HRM Consultant
As Managing Director and having completed her Masters in Business (Human Resource Management), Anna focuses and participates in general recruitment, executive recruitment, coaching and human resource management. With the support of her great team, Access HR is well placed to provide a high level of service, support and care to clients and candidates.

Kara Weybury - Recruitment Consultant
Kara leads the Temporary Recruitment desk and Permanent Administration Recruitment. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations and Human Resources).

Jenny Yep - Financial Administrator
Jenny has a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy and a CPA. With extensive experience, Jenny assists us, clients and candidates with accounts, payroll and finance matters.
